Je ne parle français tres bien, je espere vous laisez moi poser la question en anglais

I'm 16 years old and I have pectus carinatum, should I do the surgery or just bodybuilding? In the picture I was retracting the abdomen and expanding the torax so that you can see it.

J'ai 16 ans and j'ai du pectus carinatum, je devrai faire de la surgerie or solement du musculation? Au picture je etait.... I don't speak french sorry

If you don't speak French, then why do you ask on a french forum ?
There is a lot of English-speaking website and forum regarding bodybuilding, you can find there a much larger community and ask for their help.

It apparently comes from an overgrowth of the bones and cartilage of the chest. I guess bodybuilding could help, by adding muscle mass, you could maybe hide this someway but I think only surgery could really resolve this condition.
